When youre talking to your friends about the subject of skin care, wrinkles are bound to come up. Nobody wants them, but for years, people thought they were inevitable. That may not be entirely true.
Of course you cant look 18 forever, but it is possible to delay the signs of age and even reverse some of them without cosmetic surgery. The latest research proves it. All that we need to do is use some common sense when were out in the sunlight, and use a good moisturizer every day. We just need to be sure to evaluate the ingredients.
The moisturizers offered by cosmetic companies for skincare wrinkles and other problems do not actually contain moisturizing ingredients. The major companies still choose to include petrolatum, mineral oil and other ingredients that do not replenish the skins moisture.
Glycerin is one of the better choices for moisturizing, but it only improves the skins moisture content by about 5%. Theres a proprietary ingredient called Functional Keratin that is more than four times as effective, according to clinical studies. What you can learn from this is that it is all about the ingredients.
It doesnt matter what designer name is on the label. An expensive crystal bottle does not make the product more effective. Celebrity endorsements concerning skincare wrinkles advice dont really mean anything. They are paid to make those statements, you know.
Whether you are talking about regular skin care wrinkles, acne, eczema or any other skin problem, only the ingredients are important. Everything else is just window dressing. Functional Keratin is one of the very best anti-aging ingredients, but there are many other good ones. Coenzyme Q10 is a good example.
In clinical trials, coenzyme Q10 has been shown to reverse sun damage, reduce wrinkling and improve the skins moisture content. You might wonder why you havent heard more about it.
In order for coenzyme Q10 to work, the molecules must be reduced in size using nanotechnology. Thats a new technology that is still relatively expensive. So the major companies might include a dab of COQ10, but it wont be the nano-emulsion form, and it wont be enough to do any good. They simply dont want to spend the money.
They would rather use ingredients that are cheap, ingredients that they have spent time talking about and promoting, so that consumers will look for them. One of the ingredients that Im talking about is collagen. It is of no benefit for skincare wrinkles or anything else, but it is cheap and easy to come by.
Over the years, Ive read the latest research reports, talked to some of the top dermatologists and tried most of the popular brands on the market. You might say that Ive used myself as a guinea pig. These days, when I see an ingredient that I know is bad for my skins health, I wont try it, no matter what.
The next time that you talk to your friends about skin care wrinkles and stuff like that, share the news about Functional Keratin and coenzyme Q10. Friends should share. Theres plenty to go around.
